Inclined Screw Conveyor
An inclined screw conveyor is a mechanical conveying system designed to move bulk materials upward at an angle using a rotating helical screw blade (also called a flight) housed inside a tubular or trough casing. This type of conveyor is ideal for transferring powders, granules, and small-sized materials between different elevations—commonly used in industries like agriculture, food processing, chemicals, cement, and mining.

Unlike horizontal screw conveyors, inclined screw conveyors require more torque and are specially designed to overcome gravity as they elevate the material. Efficiency decreases as the incline angle increases, which is why they are typically used for inclines up to 45°, with reduced capacity at steeper angles.
